 Review Team

Hello, friends! It's been a while since I've had a book published, so if you've made it this far, I appreciate your patience.

Below you will find two different types of downloadable files with instructions on how to open and read each type of file.

There is no expected timeline on when to post your review. 2-4 weeks is appreciated.

Feel free to include that you have received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Happy Reading!

To read a PDF file, you have several options depending on your device and preferences:

  1. Using a PDF Reader Application:

    • Adobe Acrobat Reader: Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version available). Open the app, select "File" > "Open," and browse to your PDF file. You can view, annotate, and print the document.

    • Other Apps: Alternatives like Foxit Reader, SumatraPDF (Windows), or Okular (Linux) work similarly. Install, open the app, and load the PDF.

  2. Web Browsers:

    • Most modern browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) have built-in PDF viewers. Drag the PDF file into a browser tab or right-click the file, select "Open with," and choose your browser. You can view and sometimes annotate the PDF.

  3. Mobile Devices:

    • iOS: Use the built-in Files app or Books app. Tap the PDF file from an email, download, or file manager to open it. You can also use apps like Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    • Android: Use Google Drive, Google PDF Viewer, or a dedicated app like Adobe Acrobat Reader. Open the file from your downloads or file manager.

  4. Operating System Built-in Tools:

    • Windows: Recent versions of Windows can open PDFs in Microsoft Edge by default. Double-click the PDF file to view it.

    • macOS: Preview is the default PDF viewer. Double-click the PDF file, and it opens in Preview for viewing and basic annotations.

To read an ePub file, you can use various methods depending on your device and preferences. Here’s a concise guide:

  1. ePub Reader Applications:

    • Calibre (Windows, macOS, Linux): Free, open-source. Install Calibre, open the app, click "Add books" to import your ePub, then double-click to read. It also manages and converts ePubs.

    • Adobe Digital Editions: Free. Install, open, and use "File" > "Add to Library" to load the ePub for reading.

    • Other Apps: SumatraPDF (Windows), FBReader (cross-platform), or Okular (Linux) support ePubs.

  2. Web Browsers:

    • Use browser extensions like EPUBReader (Firefox) or ePub Reader (Chrome). Install the extension, then drag the ePub file into the browser or use the extension’s "Open file" option.

  3. Mobile Devices:

    • iOS: Use the built-in Apple Books app. Tap the ePub file from an email or file manager, or import it to Books via "Share" > "Books." Alternatively, use apps like FBReader or Adobe Digital Editions.

    • Android: Use Google Play Books, FBReader, or Moon+ Reader. Open the ePub from your downloads or file manager, or upload it to Google Play Books.

  4. E-Readers:

    • Devices like Amazon Kindle, Kobo, or Nook support ePubs (Kindle requires conversion to MOBI/AZW3 via Calibre for native support). Transfer the ePub to the device via USB or sync through the reader’s app (e.g., Kobo Desktop).

  5. Operating System Built-in Tools:

    • macOS: Apple Books is the default ePub reader. Double-click the ePub file to open it in Books.

    • Windows/Linux: No built-in ePub support, so use third-party apps like Calibre or SumatraPDF.
